防腐式冷水機(jī)組簡(jiǎn)介

防腐式冷水機(jī)組是弘星制冷在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)機(jī)組的基礎(chǔ)上，全面考慮到防腐技術(shù)、選材、金屬材料防腐、耐腐蝕材料、海水防腐而采取的特定防腐措施。因工業(yè)行業(yè)存在眾多腐蝕現(xiàn)象，若不能正確的選擇設(shè)備金屬材料，稍有不慎，輕則損壞設(shè)備，重則造成事故甚至引發(fā)災(zāi)難。

防腐型冷水機(jī)組特點(diǎn)

A、機(jī)組防腐材料根據(jù)環(huán)境和要求做相應(yīng)配套，所有與水接觸的材料均采用防腐蝕材料
B、采用鋁黃銅管、鈦管或不銹鋼板換的各種海水防腐蒸發(fā)器，嚴(yán)格按防腐要求設(shè)計(jì)，可直接通入帶腐蝕性的液體進(jìn)行冷卻
C、耐腐蝕液體循環(huán)泵及配有不銹鋼鈑金件的開放式水箱、機(jī)組外殼、有效防止生銹、腐蝕。
